Andy is the Global Head of Data and Analytics at Green Street, and a key member of the executive leadership team.  He is responsible for Green Street’s overall product strategy in the U.S. and Europe, and for driving the company’s long-term roadmap and vision around market analytics, forecasting, and data science.  The solutions Andy and his teams design and develop support the capital allocation decisions of institutional commercial real estate investors – in both the public and private markets.

Andy brings a blend of financial analysis, real estate research, and product development experience to his current role.  From 2014-2019, Andy launched and led Green Street's Real Estate Analytics division and the creation of the Atlas platform – a proprietary mapping and analytics solution. From 2005-2014, he led Green Street's coverage of the Residential REITs – including apartments, student housing, manufactured home parks, and single-family rentals.  As a leading real estate research analyst, Andy has been quoted in the Wall Street Journal, Barron's, Forbes, Grant's, and The Financial Times, among other industry leading publications.

Prior to joining Green Street in 2005, Andy spent three years at PLX Systems working on valuation analytics for intellectual property.  He sits on the board of Board of the Real Estate Research Institute (RERI), and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), National Multifamily Housing Council (NMHC), Pension Real Estate Association (PREA), and the Urban Land Institute (ULI).  Andy is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder, a Counselor of Real Estate (CRE®), and earned his B.S. and MBA in Finance from the University of Southern California.
