Michael Stroyeck

Michael Stroyeck is the head of Green Street’s Health Care sector team, playing an important role in our coverage, which spans multiple property types and lease structures. Since joining the firm in 2018, Michael has also worked with Green Street’s Data Center and Tower teams as well as Market Analytics. He has helped initiate coverage on companies such as CareTrust and Physicians Realty in Health Care, and Switch and QTS in Data Centers. Michael earned a B.S. in Business Administration with an Emphasis in Finance from Chapman University and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charter holder.
