Daniel Purpura

Daniel Purpura is an Analyst on Green Street’s U.S. Strip Center Team and has been with the firm since 2023. He helped initiate coverage on two strip center REITs and conducted research on strip center fundamentals, including new supply, re-tenanting economics, and market demographics. Prior to joining Green Street, Daniel worked in the Advisory practice at Deloitte. He holds a Master of Business Administration from New York University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Economics from the University of California, Los Angeles.
