Green Street Continues to Grow with Appointment of New Chief People Officer and Chief Finance Officer

Newport Beach, Calif., – April 6, 2020: Green Street, the preeminent provider of unique and actionable insight for the commercial real estate and financial markets in North America and Europe, announced the appointment of Meg Drago, as Chief People Officer, and Kathy Guinnessey, as Chief Financial Officer (‘CFO’), effective April 1, 2020.

In this new role, Meg Drago will oversee the firm’s global human capital strategy, driving talent acquisition and management strategies, human resource functions and the overall team culture and development. She brings extensive experience of transforming businesses and optimizing top talent across the globe including leadership positions at IronShore and Mastercard. Meg most recently joins us from Liberty Mutual where she held the position of Regional Talent Officer.

Kathy Guinnessey brings a wealth of experience from leading finance organizations across a wide array of industries including a CFO position at a private equity backed company. She most recently served as Treasurer and Chief Investor Relations Officer at Dun & Bradstreet, advising the CEO and Board of Directors on all matters pertaining to the capital structure of the company that concluded with its very successful $7 billion sale to private equity.
