Marie leads Green Street’s European Market Analytics team, overseeing coverage of 30 markets with a team of five. She has a strong background in pan-European office REIT research and played a key role in developing Green Street’s early retail coverage. Marie joined in 2015 from Deutsche Bank, where she was an M&A analyst focused on Real Estate, Gaming, and Leisure. She previously held internships at HSBC and Ernst & Young. Marie holds an M.Sc in Management from ESC Grenoble and is fluent in French.

Erik Vilaca
Senior Sales Associate, Commercial
Erik is a Senior Sales Associate specializing in European Research. He is a part of the Oxford Real Estate Society and has experience providing consultancy to retail landlords across Europe, the UK, and the Middle East from his years at CACI. He brings a deep level of European expertise to the Green Street sales team that we look forward to seeing thrive. Erik has an Executive Diploma from Said Business School and an Undergraduate degree from the University of Birmingham.
