Lillian Xia

Lillian is Vice President of Green Street’s Advisory Services Group and brings 12 years of investment experience. Lillian has underwritten and advised on investments across both traditional and non-traditional property types, including cold storage, data centers, farmland, healthcare, industrial, lodging, multifamily, office, retail, single-family rental, student housing, and mixed-use developments. Prior to joining Green Street, Lillian worked in private equity real estate in New York, including as an investment specialist at Cadre, and as an executive with Macquarie’s real estate investments group. She began her career at PIMCO. Lillian is involved with CRE Finance Council (CREFC) and with Urban Land Institute (ULI), serving on the Leadership Council. Lillian earned an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School with a concentration in Real Estate Finance, and a B.A. in Computer Science and Economics from Dartmouth College.
