Nathan Siino

Nathan is Senior Vice President in Green Street’s Advisory Group, where he provides strategic advisory services and valuation analysis to companies across the commercial real estate sector. He has deep expertise in non-traditional real estate, having authored educational primers and guided clients in understanding and valuing complex, often misunderstood asset types. Nathan also leads the Advisory Group’s business throughout Latin America, partnering with management teams to integrate U.S. REIT best practices into their strategic planning. Before joining Green Street, Nathan worked as an acquisitions and asset management analyst at Sabal Financial Group, where he focused on distressed commercial real estate debt. He holds a B.A. in Economics from UCLA and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder.
