Jessica Zheng

Jessica Zheng is an Analyst on Green Street’s U.S. Industrial team. Her key contributions to Industrial research include helping to initiate coverage on companies such as STAG Industrial and LXP Industrial Trust, and assessing the impact of ecommerce and global supply chain trends on industrial demand. Prior to joining Green Street, Jessica worked in the assurance group at EY and the transaction advisory group at KPMG. She received a Master of Accounting and a Bachelor of Accounting and Financial Management from the University of Waterloo. Jessica is a CFA charterholder and a CPA (Canada).
