Dmitry Nikalaichyk

Dmitry leads Green Street’s Data Science & Forecasting team, where he focuses on commercial real estate forecast modeling, debt portfolio risk analytics, and advancing the firm’s tertiary markets product. He joined Green Street in 2018 after serving as Vice President of Client Solutions and Analytics at PIMCO. In that role, he conducted client portfolio analysis and optimization, oversaw the estimation and validation of PIMCO’s Capital Market Assumptions, and contributed to the development of the firm’s macroeconomic forecasting framework. Dmitry holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Belarus State Economic University, an MBA from Missouri State University, and a master’s in financial engineering from UCLA. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder.
