Alexander Totomanov

Alex is the Pan-European sector head of Cell Towers and Health Care at Green Street. He covers five companies across both sectors. In addition, he covers two Swiss office PropCos. Previously, Alex also covered Swedish and German diversified property companies largely focused on office real estate. Alex joined Green Street in 2021 after spending four years in commodities trading product control at JPMorgan. Prior to that, he worked in a Banks equity research support role at Dealogic. Alex conducted graduate research at Hitotsubashi University in Tokyo, Japan following the completion of his undergraduate degrees at the University of Dayton in Ohio, USA. Alex is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and Financial Risk Manager (FRM) charterholder.
