Alex Boyle

Alex is a Senior Analyst on Green Street’s Research & Development team, which provides proprietary analytics and leads product development as well as data infrastructure efforts for the global Research team. She plays a key role on product development initiatives primarily focused on new region, new sector, and new market expansion. Key contributions have included the launch of Green Street’s enhanced web platform, Canada REIT and private market data expansion, and the additional coverage of 334 tertiary markets. Alex also supports the data infrastructure for many of Green Street’s flagship macro Research reports including the Commercial Property Monthly and Global Property Allocator. Alex earned a Bachelor of Business Administration with dual majors in Finance and Real Estate from the University of San Diego.
