Fred has nearly 30 years of global equity research experience in portfolio and risk management and was named Starmine’s #1 REITs Top Stock Picker in 2020. Before 2012, he co-founded and led investment roles at Eterna Investment Management and Presima. He has also headed real estate research at Laurentian Bank Securities, iA Capital Markets, Echelon Wealth Partners, and Eight Capital. Fred now leads Green Street’s Canada research team.
Gaurav Mathur
Analyst, Canadian Research
Gaurav has over 10 years of capital markets experience focused on REITs and private real estate sectors. He previously held senior equity research roles at Laurentian Bank Securities, iA Capital Markets, and BMO Capital Markets. He began his career in investment banking at HSBC in London and India. Gaurav holds an MBA from Rotman School of Management and degrees in Finance and Chemical Engineering from NMIMS, Mumbai.
Evan Peterson
Senior Sales Associate, Commercial
Evan is a Senior Sales Associate on the sales team at Green Street. He joined the firm in 2023 and is focused on developing new business initiatives to continue improving Green Street’s relationships with investors. He graduated with a Bachelors Degree from Colgate University.
