David leads Green Street’s Data Centers and Towers research in the U.S. and Europe. Since joining in 2015, he has published numerous thought leadership reports and initiated coverage on major companies including Equinix, Crown Castle, and Cellnex. He has been quoted in the Wall Street Journal, PERE, and on REIT.com, and is a member of the Commercial Real Estate Finance Council. Previously, David was a senior research analyst at John Burns Real Estate Consulting and a financial analyst at Ledford Financial. He holds an MBA and B.S. in Finance from the University of Central Florida.

Vice President, Account Management
Eric is a Vice President on the sales team at Green Street. He joined the firm in early 2011 with over 10 years of institutional experience. Before joining Green Street, Eric held institutional sales roles at Capital Institutional Services (CAPIS) and A.G. Edwards (now Wells Fargo Securities). He started his career at OppenheimerFunds as the Equity Desk Liaison in New York. Eric earned a joint MBA/M.S. in Finance from the Daniels College of Business at the University of Denver, as well as a B.S. in Business Administration from Colorado State University.
