Seth is a Managing Director and Head of Green Street’s Market Analytics team, guiding institutional investors on capital allocation across public and private markets. Since joining in 2013, he has held leadership roles in equity sales and enterprise account management. Prior to Green Street, he covered REITs at ISI and began his career on the equity trading desk at Merrill Lynch. Seth holds a B.A. in Economics and Political Science from UNC-Chapel Hill.
Rob Filley
Senior Analyst, Market Analytics
Rob leads the East Coast division of Green Street’s Market Analytics team, which produces macro, sector, and market-level research and analytics on the private commercial real estate markets. He has made significant contributions to product development, such as the Portfolio Analytics tool and various other enhancements to the firm’s Market Data platform. Rob earned a B.A. in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charter holder.
Ryan Miller
Senior Analyst, Market Analytics
Ryan leads Green Street’s West Coast Market Analytics team, delivering research on macro, sector, and market-level trends in private real estate. He played a key role in launching Green Street’s European Market Analytics platform and has held prior roles in research and equity sales. His insights have been featured in the Wall Street Journal, Financial Times, and Bloomberg. Ryan holds a B.S. in Business Administration from USC and is a CFA charterholder.
