While transaction volumes were low in ’24, the second lowest in the past decade, due to a lack of available product and financing, asset values have decreased across all sectors. But there are still many paths to tread in the hunt for alpha in the Canadian markets.
Join Green Street’s Canadian research experts, Fred Blondeau and Gaurav Mathur, as they dive into the Canadian CRE market and share their insights on the turbulence of 2024 and where savvy investors will be looking in 2025.
