Rob is a Co-Head of Green Street’s U.S. Market Analytics team, which produces macro, sector, and market-level research and analytics on the private commercial real estate markets. Recent notable research contributions include in-depth analyses of New York City's office and residential sectors, as well as authorship of the Cap Rate Observer and Commercial Markets Observer reports. He has made significant contributions to product development, including the Automated Valuation Model and various other enhancements to the firm’s Market Data platform. Rob earned a B.A. in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder.
