Joi is a Managing Director on Green Street's Market Analytics team, which helps institutional commercial real estate investors make better capital allocation decisions in both the public and private markets. She plays a central role in product development for the research platform and also leads the training and development of market associate team members. In addition, Joi is an inaugural member of Green Street’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) Council where she spearheads the Talent Acquisition committee. Prior to joining Green Street in 2013, Joi was an investment banker at Barclays Capital and Lehman Brothers, where she advised private equity and real estate companies. Joi earned a B.S. in Business Administration from Boston University and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder. She is a member of Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) and has been recognized multiple times as a leading Woman in Business by the Orange County Business Journal.
