Dmitry is a Senior Quantitative Analyst on the Data Science & Forecasting team at Green Street. His areas of focus include commercial real estate forecast modeling, debt portfolio risk analytics, and the continued development of the firm’s Automated Valuation Model (AVM).
Prior to joining Green Street in 2018, Dmitry served as the Vice President of Client Solutions and Analytics at PIMCO, where he performed comprehensive client portfolio analysis and optimization, was responsible for estimation and validation of PIMCO’s Capital Market Assumptions for all major asset classes. As a member of PIMCO’s Advisory, Dmitry developed and maintained European RMBS credit models and assisted in the development of macroeconomic forecasting framework. Dmitry obtained his bachelor’s in Economics from Belarus State Economic University in 2001, his master’s in Business Administration from Missouri State in 2004, and his master’s in Financial Engineering from UCLA in 2010. He also earned his CFA designation in September 2015.
