Dylan Burzinski

Dylan Burzinski is the head of Green Street’s Office sector team. His key contributions to Office research include assessing the potential impact of working from home (WFH) and return-to-office (RTO) on office demand, deep dives into the fundamental outlooks for all major U.S. office markets, and analyzing Life Science real estate fundamentals. Prior to joining Green Street in 2018, Dylan worked in investment banking. He earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with concentrations in Accounting and Finance from California State University, Fullerton.
