Paulina leads Green Street’s strip center team. She spent her first four years at Green Street covering malls, writing research on topics such as the expansion of digital brands into the brick-and-mortar space, and the evolution of the department store industry.

Chris is a senior analyst on Green Street’s lodging sector team, assisting in the formal coverage of seven lodging companies as well as shadow coverage of hotel C corporations. Since joining the firm in 2015, Chris has worked with Green Street’s retail, industrial, and office teams as well as Real Estate Analytics.
Michael Knott
Head of U.S. REIT Research
Michael is a Managing Director and leads the U.S. REIT Research team. He has been at the firm for 22 years and plays a key leadership role in Green Street’s research. Michael’s initial tenure at the firm spanned 2002-2018. He rejoined the firm in 2019 after serving as the Chief Financial Officer for EQ Office, Blackstone’s U.S. office platform, in 2018 and 2019.

Natacha is a senior associate on Green Street’s Office and Life Science sector teams.
