Richard is the Managing Editor for Commercial Mortgage Alert and Real Estate Alert on Green Street's News team. He supervises the editorial staff and writes for both publications. He also coordinates an annual survey of more than 700 private-equity style real estate investment vehicles, leads coverage of the New York investment-sales market, maintains industry-leading databases of source relationships and helps organize market-moving league tables for property-sales brokers and CMBS bookrunners.

Richard was an award-winning journalist at The Virginian-Pilot, The Asbury Park Press, The Courier News, and The Daily Journal prior to joining Commercial Mortgage Alert in 2008.
