Vince is a Managing Director at Green Street where he leads the firm’s U.S. mall and industrial research, overseeing coverage of roughly 20 public real estate companies. He also previously covered the strip center sector. Vince’s notable contributions include producing frequently updated REIT cap rates and NAVs, and writing research on prevalent topics such as ecommerce, disruptors, tenant health, changes in consumer behavior, and various analyses of real estate fundamentals. He has been quoted by top financial media such as The Wall Street Journal, Financial Times, and CNBC, among others. Vince is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and the Urban Land Institute (ULI). Prior to joining Green Street in 2015, Vince was an Analyst on the Global Trade & Supply Chain Finance team at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, where he advised national retailers. Vince earned an MBA from Columbia Business School, graduating with Dean’s Honors and Distinction, and has a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Southern California, graduating Magna Cum Laude. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder.
