Peter is Managing Director & Co-Head of Green Street’s strategic research team, which produces groundbreaking reports on topics that have implications across property sectors and are of interest to both public and private real estate investors. Peter's areas of focus include Green Street's real estate and REIT valuation model, the firm’s Commercial Property Price Index, REIT corporate governance/executive compensation, mergers & acquisitions, and macroeconomic trends. He has been a key contributor to Green Street's research efforts since joining the firm in 2004. He has been quoted widely in the financial media, including The Wall Street Journal, Bloomberg, and Crain's. Prior to joining Green Street, Peter was an analyst at NERA Economic Consulting, where he focused on securities class actions. Peter graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Vanderbilt University, and is a CFA charterholder.
