She is responsible for ensuring clients receive optimal value from their research subscriptions. Prior to joining the firm, Michelle developed her career in client services through over six years of account management experience at various other firms. She is passionate about building strategic, mutually beneficial relationships that thrive for many years. Michelle graduated with a B.A. in Behavioral Neuroscience from Colgate University.
